Our last AFC comments to the Alaska Board of Game for consideration of nonresident take, and a letter from the Alaska Falconers Association President, Bill Tilton.
It is worth noting, no founding or regular member of AFC has illegally taken a gyrfalcon from Alaska. It is also ironic that Mr. Tilton believes it is reasonable for Alaska to disallow nonresident take, yet he considers it unfair of Texas to allow nonresident falconers to take raptors in Texas, only if their state of residence allows Texas falconers the same opportunity.
